Supports Hard to Remove
Support material is fused to the model or leaves heavy scars when removed.
Likely causes
Support gap is too small
Increase Z contact distance or interface gap in small steps.
Interface is too dense
Reduce support interface density or number of interface layers if removal is more important than underside quality.
Temperature is too high
Lower nozzle temperature a little so support contact points do not weld as strongly.
