Top Surface Holes
The top surface has small holes, bumps, or gaps where the infill pattern shows through.
Likely causes
Too few top layers
Increase top layers until total top thickness is at least about 1.0 mm for common nozzle sizes.
Infill is too sparse
Raise infill to 15-20 percent or use denser infill near top surfaces.
Top layer speed or cooling is poor
Slow top surfaces and use enough cooling so the top lines bridge cleanly over infill.

Prevention tips
Change one setting at a time and reprint a small test piece.
Keep filament dry and store open spools in sealed bags or dry boxes.
Clean the build plate regularly and verify the correct slicer profile before long prints.
